Internship Fund
Supporting students since 1979.

Yale School of Management students launched the Internship Fund in 1979 to support SOM students who choose to utilize their business acumen to support public, nonprofit, and social enterprise organizations during their summer internship. Thanks to the generosity of current students, alumni, and staff, the Internship Fund offers much-needed stipends to these students who demonstrate their commitment to being leaders for business and society in this way. The Internship Fund embodies SOM’s mission–to train individuals for management careers in multiple sectors–and personifies SOM’s spirit of cooperation and social responsibility.
Yale SOM’s Internship Fund was the first of its kind among the nation’s management programs. It further established SOM as a leading innovative management program and embodied the core values of the SOM community. We hope you join us to support the next generation of social impact leaders.
